Book Court provides discovery information and links. It does not operate listed venues, form a booking contract, process venue payments or promise that a court is available. Any booking or transaction is between you and the relevant third party.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or rights-infringing content.
• Do not use automated access in a way that degrades the service or ignores published crawl controls.

Accuracy and availability

Information may be incomplete, delayed or changed by a venue after it was checked. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without a guarantee that every listing or external link is accurate, complete or continuously available.

Intellectual property and submissions

Site design and original editorial text may not be republished as if they were yours. If you submit a correction, review or photo, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and permit its use to operate and improve the listing. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
